Refund policy
Last updated 12 September 2026
Ranks are digital content delivered to your account straight after payment. Once a rank has been delivered the sale is final and we do not offer refunds, except in the cases listed below and where the law says otherwise.
The 14 day cancellation right
UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once supply has begun with your consent. By paying for a rank you are asking for it to be delivered immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once it has been delivered. The checkout does not offer a delayed delivery option.
When we do refund
- The rank never arrived. If delivery failed and we cannot fix it, you get your money back in full.
- You were charged twice for the same order. The duplicate charge is refunded.
- The rank is faulty or not as described. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair or a price reduction, and to a refund where that is the appropriate remedy. Tell us what is wrong and we will look at it.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually takes five to ten working days to show it.
When we do not refund
- You changed your mind after the rank was delivered.
- You bought the rank for the wrong username. The account is shown on the store, with its skin, before you pay. Ask in the Discord anyway and we will see what can be done, but this is not a refundable mistake by default.
- You were muted, suspended or banned for breaking the server rules.
- A perk changed or was rebalanced after your purchase, or the server was temporarily unavailable.
- You bought a higher rank and expected the price of a lower one to be credited. Ranks are sold at full price and there is no upgrade discount.
How to ask
Open a ticket through the JumpReset Discord with your Minecraft username, the rank you bought and the order ID from your Stripe receipt. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a payment with your bank. A delivery problem is almost always quicker for us to fix directly. Raising a chargeback may result in the rank being removed and the account losing store access, as set out in the terms of sale. This does not affect your right to dispute a payment you did not authorise.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes your legal rights as a consumer. If a term of this policy conflicts with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the law applies.
