These terms apply when you buy a rank on store.jumpreset.net. Support is handled through the JumpReset Discord at the JumpReset Discord.

Buying a rank means you accept these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy.

What you are buying

A rank is a permanent licence to use certain features on the JumpReset Minecraft server. It is digital content, not a physical product, and you do not own the rank, the server or any part of the game. The licence is personal to the account you name at checkout and cannot be sold, transferred or shared.

The perks listed on this site describe the features as they work today. Gameplay is balanced and updated over time, so individual perks may change, be replaced or be removed. If a perk is removed we will try to provide something comparable, but changes to gameplay are not a breach of these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from the person who owns the payment method. If you are a parent or guardian and a purchase was made without your permission, contact us in the Discord.

Delivery

The rank is delivered to the Java Edition account you enter before payment. We resolve that username to its account UUID at checkout and the rank is granted to that UUID, so a later name change does not affect it. Check the username and skin shown on the store before you pay, because we cannot move a rank between accounts as a matter of course.

Delivery is automatic and usually completes within seconds. If the Minecraft server is offline the order waits in a queue and applies when the server returns. Ranks apply on your next login.

Payment

Payments are taken by Stripe in US dollars. Your card details go to Stripe and are never sent to this site or the Minecraft server. Your bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee that we do not control and cannot refund. Prices shown exclude any tax that may be added at checkout.

Conduct and enforcement

A rank does not exempt you from the server rules. Accounts may be muted, suspended or banned for breaking them, and a rank is not refunded when that happens. Attempting to exploit, resell or duplicate rank features may also end the licence without a refund.

Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, contact us in the Discord first. We can usually fix a delivery problem faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback instead may result in the rank being removed and the account losing access to the store. This does not affect your statutory rights or your right to dispute a payment you did not authorise.

Availability

We do our best to keep the server and the store running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages and third party failures happen. We cannot promise the server will run forever, and these terms do not create such a promise.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to digital content that is of satisfactory quality and as described, are not affected.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, such as lost in-game progress, lost time or loss of an account through your own or a third party’s actions.

JumpReset is an independent server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. This store is not a Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. Material changes will be announced in the Discord.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
